Mr. Michael Yu Chak Tin is the project owner and designer of Project UltraHERTS. He holds all rights to the product line.
Copyright Protection:
All UltraHERTS RC product designs, including but not limited to schematics, blueprints, CAD files, and any associated documentation, are protected by copyright law. This protection extends to both the visual appearance and functional aspects of our designs.
Usage and Redistribution:
Unauthorized redistribution, reproduction, or modification of UltraHERTS RC product designs is strictly prohibited without explicit permission from UltraHERTS. This includes, but is not limited to, selling, sharing, or otherwise distributing our designs in any form, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Permission Requests:
Individuals or entities interested in using UltraHERTS RC product designs for any purpose other than self enjoyment must seek permission from UltraHERTS in writing. Permission requests should include a detailed description of the intended use, along with any relevant supporting documentation.
License Agreements:
